Restrictor Ordering Instructions:

-Please specify orifice diameter or the following: Gas Type, Flow Rate, Inlet Pressure and Outlet Pressure so Ichor may define the appropriate diameter.

-Flow restrictors are tested and certified to +/- 5% of rated flow for diameters greater than .005”. Diameters smaller than .005” may have a higher variation.

Most competitive modular gas delivery systems are limited by the availability of compatible accessories such as Ports, Flow Restrictors, Plugs, or Top Caps. Ichor is the only manufacturer that offers a full line of compatible surface mount accessories in both surface mount and sandwich configurations in virtually any material required. Customer must ensure parts chosen are appropriate components for their safe performance, taking into account material compatibility, operating conditions, proper installation, etc. of gas/fluid delivery system.
