We deliver high-value, sustainable solutions that adapt to evolving customer needs. Our Advanced Flow Control (AFC) technology optimizes material use, reduces emissions, and lowers costs. By promoting reuse, extending product lifecycles, and adhering to SEMI and ASME standards, we enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility.

Ichor Systems designs and manufactures semiconductor component products and ensures that chemicals and materials used are compliant to applicable regulations and do not contain or generate harmful chemicals outside of allowed regulatory limits. Ichor Systems maintains strict oversight of our material inputs and supply chain to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable chemical safety and environmental regulations regarding the use or production of hazardous or restricted substances. This includes:
- Supplier Material Declarations: Requiring suppliers to certify that materials meet all relevant global chemical regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH);
- Material and Process Review: Conducting regular assessments to verify materials in use are compliant to all applicable regulations and that restricted chemicals are not introduced during design, production, or maintenance processes; and
- Regulatory Monitoring: Tracking updates to international chemical management standards and maintaining compliance through applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
As a result, Ichor has determined that no harmful chemicals are used, produced, or released while manufacturing or during the normal use of its products. This determination is supported by supplier declarations, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.

We foster a safety-first culture through open communication, comprehensive training, and proactive risk management. Our platform, IchorTrainer, delivers role-specific safety modules, with a goal of 100% completion for new hires and monthly training. Employees can report incidents via our platform, IchorTrainer, promoting transparency. We conduct regular facility inspections, monitor near-misses, and analyze incidents to reduce hazards. Monthly safety metrics are tracked, reviewed by committees, and shared globally with senior management through a scorecard, ensuring continuous improvement. By encouraging employees to report concerns, we create a safer, more responsive workplace.

Our Caught You Safe Program empowers employees to recognize their peers for taking proactive steps to improve workplace safety; going above and beyond their everyday responsibilities. By celebrating these efforts, we foster a culture where safety is a shared value, not just a requirement. This program reinforces our commitment to proactive risk management and ensures that those who help make our workplace safer receive the recognition they deserve.
Our ESG materiality assessment, which engage our employees, customers, investors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, identified and prioritized key ESG topics that are most important and impactful to our business. The results enabled us to formalize our ESG strategy and roadmap that guide us to make progress toward our commitments. Our original assessment was conducted in 2021. This year, we refreshed our matrix by engaging our external stakeholders - our customers and investors - to ensure alignment of ESG priorities. The top 10 topics that scored at or above 60% on the "Importance" scale are considered material to our ESG strategy. The remaining topics are part of the ongoing development of our ESG programs and are monitored for rising importance.
